Renewable Energy is the Vital Key to the Security and Prosperity for all Nations and the majority of their people

The most important National Security and Defense policy path direction toward the achievement of worldwide peace and prosperity involves the worldwide development and full utilization of renewable energy. These industries represent a sleeping economic development giant and are the forefront of the New Economy! Renewable energy resources represent a sleeping giant with unlimited potential to transform economies and our living communities on a worldwide basis back to sustainable quality of life environments.
There is no other technology arena that has the potential to do more to produce optimal levels of sustainable prosperity and to improve the quality of life for every world citizen than does the fullest development of nonpolluting renewable energy industry resources. We will be enabled on a worldwide basis by utilizing renewable energy technologies to increase the production of energy without producing toxic pollution. This will be coupled with utilizing all possible forms of recycling, with the use of renewable energy resources, that can reduce the unnecessary using up of our scarce—precious resources.

This is, along with Global Economic Policy Reforms, the most important public policy initiative of the new millennium because it has the potential to make every country, every industry, every family and every individual capable of producing all of their own energy needs. This is why we need investment capital and targeted policy initiative incentive based tax cuts to launch this new revolutionary industry, rather than across the board tax cuts that primarily benefit the wealthy class interest.

Yes, each individual, family, farm, and each industry can be totally self sufficient by generating their own nonpolluting energy resources. The potential for economic expansion nationally and globally is mind boggling and solves the most fundamental quality of life issues facing the global community in this new millennium.

Wind Energy has near unlimited development potential on a worldwide scale

The cost of electricity from utility-scale wind systems has dropped by more than 80% over the last 20 years.
In general, winds exceeding 11 mph are required for cost-effective application of small grid-connected wind machines, while windfarms require wind speeds of 13 mph. For applications that are not grid-connected, of course, these requirements may vary, depending on the other power alternatives available and their costs.

What we must have is an all out war (as we had during WW II) that is waged against the enemy which is our present polluting and depleting fossil fuel energy resources, that lead to all kinds of economic and global insecurities that ultimately lead to wars that our global community can no longer afford. Without an effective governmental leadership at the beginning and during
WW II to marshall all of our manufacturing resources and to ration energy fuels and food, etc., we would have lost our country, our governing sovereignty, and our way of life forever. We need the same kind of all out effort so that we can overcome the shortcomings of fossil fuels and move into the new era of nonpolluting renewable energy sources for the Developing countries as well as converting the Developed countries to this source of unlimited power. It will not happen without effective Executive Office leadership, the quality of leadership the will transform the direction of energy and economic policy making initiatives.

Now the heart and soul of our strategy must be to marshal all of our existing institutions and resources towards prioritized investments towards achieving private and public generation of nonpolluting sustainable renewable energy generating resource development.

Decades ago our government began pursuing various kinds of incentives to speed up the development of these technologies and the transformation to these nonpolluting renewable energy sources. President Carter was for this investment and consumer incentives, but President Reagan blocked many of those incentive initiatives that would have helped to achieve our common public interest objectives. This has resulted in a 20 year delaying of the incentive initiated processes.

The OPEC Oil Cartel could bring the free world to its knees by withholding crude oil, which would lead to military confrontation. The way to counter such actions is to develop nonpolluting renewable energy alternatives to the pollution and depleting based fossil fuels.

Hydrogen, which is produced from the electrolysis of water and can used in safe hydrogen fuel cells, should be powering large numbers of our vehicles. There are over half a dozen renewable energy sources: wind, water, solar, geothermal, hydrogen generated from water and more, some of which can be used towards total self generation of energy for individuals, families, farms, and all industries. Consider what this will mean towards achieving energy self sufficiency and self sustenance both nationally and globally.

Farmers in good wind energy areas may be able to lease a quarter acre of land for between $600.00 to around a $1,000.00 a year, which could be a real boon to the income of many farmers. This in turn will help all the rural communities, the small towns, and so forth.

In order to achieve these goals we need to prioritize our lending and investment policies and practices. There ought to be a priorition by lender and investor institutions of project investment money incubators, venture and other investment capital towards this critical goal of nonpolluting renewable energy production technologies that will build stable national economies on a state and worldwide basis. Our schools and all of our institutions, including our mass media institutions, need to put an adequate amount effort towards focusing our youth and entire human community on brainstorming for ideas that produce technology based inventions that multiply on a worldwide basis both our prosperity and our quality of life an living.

All of our educational and institutions of mass communications should be purposed towards furthering the highest possible mutual quality of life and living principles for all of humanity. We are our brothers and sisters keepers.

We should only elect representatives that work to incorporate these cost effective visionary policies into public policies that will protect and prosper our global human community. At present elections in America are being determined by insignificant nuances that have little to do with the real issues that face all of us, and will lead to costly detrimental effects on the future of our citizenry.

This is one of the three most important issues to consider when voting for most elected representatives! Global economic and investment policy making reforms and broadcast class interest monopoly coupled with genuine campaign reform represent the others.
