The Real Political Issues that Journalists' should have all Candidates Address, toward assessing and testing their Vision
The Duties of all Journalists'
It is the duty of all journalists' to focus on the essential issues that will determine America and the worlds' economic and political destinies. What are some of the essential national and global issues that confront us in America and why are they so important to the destiny of our world?
with Darrell Udelhoven1. Developing more Equity of Economic Opportunity in global economic policy making for all economic classes within and between countries is essential. Democratizing the World Trade Organization (WTO), General Agreement on tariffs and Trade (GATT), and the NAFTA is essential to the governing sovereignty of the people and to their countries economic well being.
2. Our National and the Worlds' Security and Economic Well Being depend on an effective and efficient transfer to the use of non polluting renewable energy resources. A global switching to non-fossil fuel energy resources is the solution to the worlds' energy crisis.
The existing fossil fuel energy crisis is a National Security threat that is eliminated by switching to renewable sources and therefore the economic incentives could become part of our national defense budget. This is extremely cost effective investment toward our Worlds' economic and political future.
3. In order to regain the constitutional political governing power of, by, and for the people in the USA we must have an adequate Campaign Finance Reform bill passed by our president and our congressional representatives. All of the Presidential and congressional representative's candidates should be asked questions concerning their stand on these issues.
The voter's must be adequately informed on these issues by the press and then vote on the candidates according to how they rate on these issues. The importance of these top three issues should not be underestimated. Together the above three issues as outlined will help solve the most critical problems that confront us. 1) the building of the demand-side of the global economy through increasing real per capita incomes on a worldwide basis; 2) a genuine global campaign to convert to renewable energy sources will help solve: pollution, economic, national and world security problems, and more; 3) The governing sovereignty of countries and their peoples is critical to everything we are purported to stand for.
Take considerable time to think about the fantastic possibilities that these solutions incorporate. These initiatives will also greatly reduce tax burdens due to the tremendous increase in the Gross Domestic Product in every country. They also reduce taxation liabilities, get your calculator out and put your most sophisticated computers to work on these factors!
If any of the candidates pass the above issue tests then the voters should go on to rate them on all of the lesser issues that are important to them individually.
