THE UPCOMING UNLIMITED INTERACTIVE PROGRAMMING CONVERGENCE

The convergence or alliance of Radio and Television with the Internet-PC will make available an unlimited creative interactive production, delivery, and reception. An interactive participatory connected circle rather than separate more limited communication resource entities.

The new digital frequency technologies will soon make it possible to accommodate the governing public affairs mass communication's interest needs of the citizenry's public interest. We are talking about over three hundred million TV sets and many times more radios interacting with PCs and the Internet in production, delivery, and reception. An interactive participatory connected circle rather than a one way delivery system.

Broadcast frequencies provide us with a near limitless resource toward the fulfilling the desperate mass communication need for "broad interest based," public affairs program productions. Quadrupling Audience Reach Using New Broadcasting Triad Convergence

Now, we can "simulcast high utility value broadcast content" on radio, television & the internet to multiply exponentially audience reach. Archived Video Power Point slide shows & videos can be use effectively to supplement radio broadcasts' along with new cell phones can provide on-the-go radio audience reach. Add Satellite for global reach, & Cable channel access, broadcasting some programming similar to C-Span, MSNBC & CNN.

High Definition Television Potential

The new high definition and digital technologies, (if not used for high definition), will now furnish from six to ten TV channels or around 70 Radio broadcast frequencies. (I, am for having more channels and frequencies that are compatible with our PC's, rather than the single high definition channel delivery system). There will be a marriage between digital TV and the Internet-PC. This abundance of new broadcast frequency channels opens up the sovereign content production and sovereign access time allocation opportunities, and should be passed into law by our elected representatives ASAP. This is the time for our government to put some of these satellites in orbit and make these public affairs frequencies free to all types of dish owners. These small dishes are inexpensive and can be connected to your existing dish coax lines. The opportunities for the production of interactive public affairs self government mass communications programming content for the genuine homeland public interest needs will soon be possible, and will be virtually unlimited in its scope! Finally, a forerunner of a genuine mass broadcast communication's production and distribution participatory democracy for a majority class interest made up of the mutual interdependent economic well being coalitions of our homeland small business operators, family farmers, and employees.

TV TUNER CARDS IN PCs

Within a year most PCs will come with TV tuner cards which is only supposed to add $50.00 but, that will be absorbed by the normal yearly quarter to quarter price erosions. Not only will you be able to tune into TV programs but you will also be able to produce and broadcast programming directly from your computer. Running survey audits and meeting the mass communications needs of the majority mutual class interest's of all students, homeland small business operators, family farmers, and all employees in America as well as worldwide.

THE POLITICAL ISSUES

The political decisions are being fought in Congress and in the Federal Communications Commission over what delivery technologies will be used. For the PC to work we need them to adopt the progressive scan system used  by all computer monitors to display images on screen, and not the interlace system now used by TV sets. If broadcasters do not adopt the progressive scanning system, the plans of computer companies will be blocked, though we still may be able to persuade the satellite and cable TV industries to adopt it. As a way to move the entire industry toward the progressive scan system Microsoft invested $1 billion with Comcast, which may be followed with other cable and satellite investments. (There is digital satellite TV with a soon to come broad band digital Internet PC feed).
