The Requisite Principled Standards that apply to Economic and to all Policy Making

This is the dictionary definition of Principle, that will be used in all of my references to specific Principles'

As the last definition indicates the application of specifically stated principle can produce good or bad results or consequences. So that when Bush says I am a man of principles or I stand on principle -- you must through thorough interrogation and research uncover the veracity the principles he claims to stand on!

When you find out what those specific principles are, then you must determine whether they are good or bad for the vast majority of the people and for the future well being of not only our country but for all the countries of our global village here on earth.

It is Essential to have a Just Principled based formulation of Global Economic Policies that are coupled with the Integrity to Implement those Principles into all Policy Making processes

In politics adhering to righteous principles, (do you need a definition of righteous) that result in mutual benefits to the general quality of life and living, is the most essential element of political character.

Global Economic Policy making principle number one

Large non-competitive differentials in production costs should be dealt with using tariffs and other workable mechanisms that will result in an adequate balancing of those non-competitive differentials.

The First Economic Policy Principle is to do no harm to the Local Economies while Improving all Economies

Every material resource can be used in ways that do no harm to the environment, or those resources can be substituted with resources such as renewable energy, which do not harm the environment. Renewable energy sources must replace non renewable energy sources ASAP, and adequate incentives should be utilized to bring this about on a worldwide basis. We need to hold summits with all of the global organizations in order to lay out the policies necessary to achieve these necessary goals. This is the policy making principle of win-win in every dimension of our existent. Broadcasting and all mass communication media my not want to shoulder those responsibilities, however, to achieve success it is the reality.

Our major problem toward making the new energy sector work is the lack of trained and certified human skill resources’, therefore there must be an all-out effort toward motivating and training an energy conservation workforce.

Both the public and private broadcasting sectors will need to motivate and educate the public concerning the required new wave of energy conservation job-skills.

Energy conservation Vo-Tech education will need to be a high-school curriculum requirement. This will produce an energy conservation high-school graduation job skilled workforce. The energy conservation initiative will not work without a trade skilled workforce.

All H-VAC technicians must be retrained to do whole house energy auditing remedial options, toward HVAC equipment downsizing practices.

The president and congress cannot revive the economy without the total cooperation of the entire private sector including the Mass Communication Media.
