At The Heart of the Hierarchical Political Correctness
Issue is Citizenry Access to Broadcast
Disfranchise 1 ) to deprive of the
rights of citizenship, 2) to deprive of a privilege, right, or
power --disfranchisement. The governments' granting of a
Singular Class Interest control of broadcasting should be cited as,
unconstitutional regulatory discrimination against the public citizenry
that owns those broadcast frequencies. We would not license our public
owned lakes, rivers, parks and other resources to private sector
entities. Why do we allow our supposed Representatives to disfranchise
us from access to our own public owned broadcast frequency resources?
Academic ‘Scholarly’ Sophism has been endemic to The Ideas
Network of WPR
First, I love "The Ideas Network," however;
I am obligated
as a broadcaster and listener to engage in constructive criticism.
Claiming to program public affairs & public interest ideas that
matter
and living up to those best ideals' standards is a policy issue that
matters to the public interest.
If you are not a member of the intelligentsia, your opportunity to be a
guest to express valuable ideas outside the box will be almost non
existent. In this respect, “the Ideas Network” is little different from
mainstream broadcasting. In respect to guests, this is also true of
C-Span, the cable, and satellite public affairs network that we all
appreciate. Some of us common citizens me included would host,
free gratis, some weekend or other scheduled programs with high
interactive utility content that the audience can put to economic use.
My point is that most academics exhibit a bias on behalf of the
hierarchy, and the thoughtful commoner is marginalized, with little
respect given to the value of their ideas for mass dissemination.
The Critiquing of their broadcast format and host/moderator
responsibilities to the public interest of their audience and those
calling to make a point or two, appeared to be very limited. The listeners support the network, yet they
are marginalized in the way the programs are structured and moderated.
The points their hierarchical guests make are seldom challenged by the
moderator during the first half hour and the caller's only get a few
seconds, only once a week to challenge the points made by any
particular guest.
There are many ways to change this discriminatorily skewed formatting.
Moving the program along should not be the mission purpose, rather it
should be to analyze the character of the matter in respect to the
betterment of the public interest.
The Supreme Court has stated that; Money is speech. The ideas network
is also guilty of transposing authority into authoritarianism
concerning the airing of programming content. I will explain the
various dimensions of these claims on the air.
How
about Constitutional Correctness
Political Constitutional Correctness would require
broadcasting programming content loaded with informative politico
economic public affairs programming for the majority common interest of
the employee and small business operator audience. The economic wealth
of nearly all countries resides within the employee and small business
economic sectors. However, our present government licensing allows
corporations to control broadcasting access and content to their sole
advantage. Meanwhile, family farmers and other small business
operators, and employees, that represent the huge majority of America's
citizenry are denied access to the information they need to participate
in the governing of their politico economic affairs. They are also
denied sovereign access to broadcast time, which is a prerequisite to
the opportunity for politico-economic class interest empowerment
broadcasting. All sectors of broadcasting should serve adequate
quantities of high utility value political public affairs programming
to all the major economic classifications.
THE
UPCOMING
UNLIMITED INTERACTIVE PROGRAMMING CONTENT POTENTIAL:
The integrated convergence of radio and television with all
forms of broadcasting delivery systems including satellite, cable, and
over the air broadcasting stations. This presents an unlimited creative
interactive content production potential for the major political
affairs interests' of our nation and the world. There is a need for
sovereign airtime access for the mutual governing public interest needs
of all socioeconomic sectors of the citizenry. We must address the
politico economic public affairs mass communication needs of our
homeland business operators, family farmers, and all employees.
New
Digital
Technologies Incorporated in High Definition Television Potential:
The new high definition and digital
technologies, (if not used for high definition), will now furnish from
six to ten TV channels or around 70 Radio broadcast frequencies. There
will be a marriage between digital TV and the Internet-PC. This
abundance of new broadcast frequency channels opens up the sovereign
content production and sovereign access time allocation opportunities,
and should be passed into law by our elected representatives
ASAP. This is the time for our government to put some of these
satellites in orbit and make these public affairs frequencies free to
all types of dish owners. These small dishes are inexpensive and can be
connected to your existing dish coax lines. The opportunities for the
production of interactive public affairs self government mass
communications programming content for the genuine homeland public
interest need will soon be possible and will be virtually unlimited in
its scope! PUBLIC BROADCASTING CRITIQUE

The
People Own the Broadcast Frequencies
Why no public access. Why should the
corporate capitalist minority interest, (minority in terms of
population numbers), be granted the government licensed right to
monopolize and control the distribution of information to an entirely
different majority politico economic interest class perspective. This
is a gross discrimination in the government licensing, regulation, and
allocation, of the most valuable and vital politico economic public
owned resources that We The People Own! I firmly believe this raises
legal constitutional issues of a paramount magnitude!
Will
Congress
Vote to Sell the Public Owned Broadcast Frequencies
Now, there is a big push to get the government to sell our
public owned broadcast frequencies to the big moneyed corporations thus
forever relegating us to mere receiver serfs and powerless slaves in a
world of unchallenged information control and political power of
wealthy corporate institutions.
Broadcast
Time
Access
All news reporting at all levels should have sovereign
substantive equity broadcast time access to broadcast to this
collective interest majority and to report their majority political
views and initiatives to their interest class, and to the general
public! There is no question that the corporate capitalist interest
class has near total sovereign rights to block all access by other
major politico economic interest classifications and rule media access
and content distribution, with an iron-clad sovereign hand.
How would EBM help to sustain
and empower our country and our people Empowerment Broadcast Media
(EBM), will facilitate the development of properly informed politico
economic policy making coalitions which will improve their ability to
govern economic opportunity policy making for the members of all
economic classifications; but in particular, for the lower three fifths
of the economic tiers in all countries. Every economic tier will
benefit from this mutually just win/win economic policy relationship
equation. I will thoroughly explain in a future internet page how new
monetary and lending policies, along with global economic policy reform
will achieve these mutual win/win economic relationships. It has been
the hierarchy, not the common citizenry, that have destroyed America's
& the global economy.
Organizing
to
Meet the Public's Essential Information Needs
We must all endeavor to organize these specific citizen
political class interests' into powerful coalitions that can impact and
move the broadcast mass media toward programming useful information
content within all of these newly merged technologies and regulatory
structures. Satellite systems are presently
primarily selling their services to rural area based client customers
that do not have access to cable systems.
New targeted audience scan be
reached through local satellite uplinked public affairs programming
content. That is the high interest economic value content that will
meet the civic and economic policy information needs of the homeland
operating, small businesses, employees, and family farmers.
Satellite services could provide a
genuine incentive to this broader spectrum of public interests to
subscribe to their services. This would allow the servicing of all of
the major information delivery system needs and wants, of their entire
country signal coverage area. This is the name of the game for all
broadcasters, satellite services, and cable operators. I know of one
such service that has over a two hundred channel capability, yet only
provides a fraction of that number of channels to their customers, and
none of them provide access the production facilities and access
channels to produce the needed information content.
How great is the Empowerment Potential
The empowerment potential is virtually unlimited. What the
talented creative human mind
can conceive, the collective talents of the masses can achieve. When
reality based
information is presented in ways that illustrate the most creative
options toward optimal
benefit to all creative economic sectors of society, tremendous
initiatives take shape and
a new level of mutually beneficial human cooperative relationship
existence is achieved.
These new initiatives would give "The People Political Power" like
nothing else
could! We the People, not wealth or corporation power, should and would
govern our lives
and our world. The upcoming convergence or integration of
broadcasting's new
interactive technologies will produce an unlimited creative content
production potential
across the major delivery systems. Moreover, the cooperative
convergence will lead to a
productive synergism here-to-fore undreamed of!

Is Justice Denied
This is a rough sketch of the broadcast communication needs
of our major economic classes that are literally barred from
broadcasting. It is obvious we should all work with the universal laws
of balance and equity in all relationships that leads to mutual
prosperity, health and well-being. The changes in our general quality
of life and our empowered ability to govern ourselves more effectively
in more equitable ways will exceed nearly everyone's wildest
expectations. The Multilateral Agreement on Investments (MAI) is
empirical proof that we cannot get access to mainstream broadcast media
to inform the World Citizenry of the horrendous consequences of these
secret negotiations that will destroy the governing sovereignty of the
people worldwide. There are major fundamental constitutional issues
involved in these issues. It is time for you to speak out in the mass
media and on the Internet concerning these issues.
