Every resource, be it material or non material, can be used for the benefit and well being of all of humanity or each resource can be used for the good of a few and the detriment of the many. Each resource, be it mass media or any others, can be used for the benefit of the privileged or for the benefit of all.

Every material resource can be processed using nonrenewable polluting methods that will do harm to the environment, or those resources can be substituted with resources such as renewable energy which will do no harm to the environment. Renewable energy sources must replace non renewable energy sources ASAP, and adequate incentives should be utilized to bring this about on a worldwide basis. We need to hold summits with all of the global organizations in order to lay out the policies necessary to achieve these necessary goals.

In the longer-term final analysis, everyone will lose when everyone is not benefited by the usage of each resource. This is especially true when it comes to the multiple sourced mass communication of information and creative ideas.

This mass communications concept will result in a circular equity balance of the dissemination and reception of valuable information towards a higher quality of living relationship results. Commercial broadcast entities must not totally dominate and control broadcasting as it does under present government policies.

The wise investment of our tax money will be the key to our future welfare.
