The Amoral Character of Policy Making by Congressmen

We should be examining the Moral character of Congressmen in respect to their Policy Making Decisions and Stands, as to whether their Decisions Destroy the Economic Opportunity to Earn a Livelihood for countless millions of Human Beings Worldwide

The "Real Immoral Political Sins in office" are being committed at the Policy Making Levels—not in the personal private affairs levels of our elected Representatives. Due to the lack of moral principles and ethical standards, immoral policy making is costing countless millions of  human beings their livelihoods and their lives!

I just heard there will soon be a billion people unemployed worldwide! Additionally, we allowing civil lawsuits and the congressional' independent arm, the Office of the Independent Counsel (OIC), to destroy our elected representative form of government; we better make some changes November 3, 1998..

  Global and national economic policies have not worked, due to the unbridled exploitation and other unprecedented advantages of Transnational Corporations (TNCs), this has made the rich richer and the middle class and lower economic classes poorer on a worldwide basis. That represents the zenith of policy making immorality, see Global Economic Policy - Rewrite . Our President along with nearly all Republicans in Congress have been wrong on global economic policy making, and now they want tax payers through the International Monetary Fund (IMF) to bail them out. Welfare bailouts for major investors -- but no help for those that have little economic opportunity due to government polices. We need to vote them out of office — based on policy and on their attempts to overthrow the will of the electorate. That means that most of the Republicans and some Democrats have to go! Get out and vote before it is too late!

A Proper even-handed Moral Focus on Political Behavior

In Accordance with Holy Scripture, how should we view the morality of the religious and political tactics of the congressional majority using the Office of the Independent Counsel (OIC) to persecute and prosecute "the legally conducted" personal and private affairs of Democrats?

The Congressional Majority's Authority must not be allowed to violate the Constitutional Rights of the Electorate

It is clear that the majority congress can overturn an election and/or render an elected representative wholly ineffective in office. This is an illegal violation of the electorate's constitutional rights. If we are to continue to use the OIC, we will have to limit its' reach and authority to make certain there is no abrogation of the electorates rights.

Over $40 million Spent on Investigating Persecuting and Prosecuting our Elected President

The authority was granted to the OIC to investigate White water, but was moved through half a dozen others and ended up with a detailed interrogation and description of our President's legal personal private relationship.

What are the Moral and Constitutional Ramifications of never ending Investigations

We all realize that when a majority Congress either overthrows an election or disables or reduces the political power and effectiveness of an elected representative this violates the constitutional mandated rights of the electorate in a republic. What is highly unusual is that Ken Starr is still gathering evidence to present against President Clinton, no doubt, to release either to the Grand Jury or to Congress just before the November General Election. This needs to be a referendum on the McCarthyism nazi tactics of Ken Starr and the Majority Republicans in Congress. These mad dog tactics steel the constitutional power from the electorate and totally destroys the very purpose and essence of a republic. If you want your constitutional republic powers back get out and vote!

America has been Money and Corporate Ruled for many decades - now the Majority Congress trumps the Electorate by trumping the Minority Congress and any opposition party Executive.

America is no longer a republic or a democracy but rather a Plutocracy; we are ruled by money along with the corporate self interest.
