I am practicing Online Journalism but of course, Broadcast Journalism was my major. The practice of journalists quoting professional paid spokespersons, lobbyist, and anonymous sources should be stopped. Nearly all news comes from the corporate interest arena sources and has little to do with what the people need to know to govern themselves.
We have a glut of highly promoted trash in conventional corporate media without reproducing it on the Net. The political party wars must stop now! We must vote the witch hunter's out of office.
