Self Esteem, Personal Growth, and Self Improvement

Self Esteem is critical to your success and to your health and well being, as is personal growth and self improvement. Keep your focus on your positive assets and work on the general improvement in all other areas. Most of us are lacking adequate levels of Self Esteem.

Health, Well Being, Healing, Success, and Happiness

My experience has taught me that a healthy positive Self Concept or, One's View of Self is of uppermost importance to both Health and Success in life.

I learned the tremendous importance and value of these positive attitudes far too late in life. I know now that much illness, pain, and suffering; as well as unhappiness, was avoidable.

The beneficial effect of experiencing the results of whole-hearted thanksgiving and a genuine caring concern for the well being and welfare of others both near and far produces in your heart a miraculous since of relaxation and well being and self energizing regeneration.

A Positive Self Concept -- Is Key to One's Well Being

Oh what 'Whole being Forgiveness' of self and others, can do for you.
 I spent a great deal of my life putting myself down; never being satisfied; usually focusing on the short comings and the negatives. If we could learn, or be taught, early in life to accept all of the things that we view as major losses or handicaps, that could make all the difference in how we experience life. Some things could have been prevented or avoided, but there is no changing a past event. The wise thing to do is to turn any deficit into an asset.

Always remember to focus your attention and concerns on everyone but self, and do all things possible to help others help themselves. Teach and encourage others of all ages, but especially the young. The attitudinal characteristics; or character; are most powerfully formed from birth into the very early years.

All relationships are spiritual by nature and should follow wisdom based spiritual principles that have passed the test of time. 12-07-97
