Everyone in every Governmental Entity has Sworn to Uphold the Constitution and the Laws of our Land

The fundamental basis of our Constitutional Representative Republic depends on the proper and righteous enforcement of the right of the people to publicly protest through speech, and all manner of legal demonstrations and protests which is coupled with the right to assemble and petition our government for redress of grievances. We the people do not have access to the corporate owned mass media air wave frequencies which belong to the people. Therefore, without the right to freedom of speech and expression in public protestations the citizenry can not be heard, we do not have a Constitutional Republic. Rather that a Constitutional Republic, what we have is illegal and unconstitutional  governmental fiat tyranny by our elected representatives over we the people.

There appears to be no enforced Protections of our Constitutional Rights to Legal Public Protestations. The constitutional right to public dissent is being squelched by the governing bodies that we the people elect.

C-Span has been covering the groups that are dealing with this most important of civic rights issues.
