The heifer is Prairie Marsh Pride 803 #16071215, great-great granddaughter of Elmplace Pride U421, a cow that stayed in the 2K herd for quite a long time if my memory is correct.
The great granddam was sired by the Elmplace Valedictorian U82 bull.
The disposition of all these Prides makes me believe that Don Udelhoven paid a lot of attention to that trait.
