FLASH: I just heard on TV, --Vote Swapping is legal Federally, it is only illegal to broker vote swapping on a Web site in California. Seems to be a Free Speech issue to me! They swap votes all the time in congress!
VOTE SWAP 2000 was shut down! They shut all the Vote Exchange Sites down due to California laws. People are not allowed to agree between each other to vote their preferences, --a little strange, huh! The Electoral College should be shut down!
But you can make your own decisions because that was all you were doing anyway! Congressmen do it all the time over voting issues!
