This needs to be the beginning of energy efficiency, energy conservation, and broadcasting's new high utility value problem solving content, leading to a global economic renaissance.

Working together we in the private sector, with the help of The President and media, can bypass congress, stimulate and jump-start the Energy Efficiency Economy and produce nationally and globally millions of good paying jobs. These are ideas and visionary concepts, that I can and will provide the specific details on how they will work to produce the economic stimulus and jobs we so disparately need. We in the private sector have to bypass congress because they are not going to do what needs to be done within the private sector economy.

The utility value qualities of our mass communication media content determines the direction of our economies and the quality of our 7 billion lives. Our global media resources have the potential to inspire, teach, instruct, and motivate us to achieve high purposed economic based goals that lift our lives to higher levels of existence. Media is the most powerful force toward designing and redesigning the kind of future we will have and the quality levels of our lives.

This work focuses on how all of us, with the effective use of global media, can effectively participate in a more rapid revitalization of our homeland and global economies. This will be the most enjoyable and satisfying media and economic revitalization movement you could ever be involved in. We need to move forward in time, not backward, rehashing history will not move us forward.

This work is also in the self economic interest of commercial broadcasting and print mass media. Advertising gets results only when consumers have money to spend... the same goes for  public radio & television sponsorship & membership drives... the private sector financed economic stimulus that I advocate means job security & sustainable income wealth for all of you in this media industry. This multifaceted idea strategy will also help stabilize the global stock markets and their economies.

It always comes down to how we utilize resources with the most potential to locate and disseminate the ideas that have legitimate potential to simultaneously solve our economic, jobs, energy, and costly global warming problems. These multifaceted economic solution based ideas reduce a major factor, our huge trade deficit by reducing oil imports.

Above all else, any Private Sector economic jobs solution based idea, to be of mega-level-value, must inspire global action. In order to effect constructive beneficial change our world leaders in government and mass media must be inspirational communicators in ways that motivate positive national and global actions.

Though President Obama is working on it, America has had NO working "Private Sector National jobs creating strategy," all we have in DC are negative political party media oriented wars in their fight to gain power. I have been unveiling a Private Sector national & global economic activity jobs creating strategy that mass media & everyone can participate in.

There are many ways media can inspire and motivate those with Private-Sector money to invest in safe, high return, energy efficiency investments that stimulate real demand, while achieving energy self-sufficiency, "greatly reducing our deficit creating trade deficit," reducing the radical weather change costs and greatly reducing the countless pollution caused costly damages, including health costs.

This multifaceted idea equation when widely disseminated will yield tremendous benefit "Returns On Investments" in every economic arena beneficial to human health, reducing climate change, improving standards of living and quality of life. Why does our powerful mass media and our powerful private-sector with 2.5-Trillion dollars to spend/invest “falsely believe” they’re both powerless to reboot the economy and jobs?

 Is it because the entire media focus is solely on a deadlocked congress & our president as the only source to take action to restore economic activity normalcy and job creation? All we get from most media is POLITICAL analysis paralysis & NO Multifaceted Solution Oriented Ideas or, the needed democratically-open tel-talk brain-storming broadcast programs. Rush Limbaugh's broadcast rants are the antithesis of what is required; as are also the vast majority of public television's offerings, they do not meet the criterion of possessing highly usable utility oriented content.

We in the private-sector have a multiplicity of ways to bypass congress and motivate those with money to spend/invest in areas that will create economic activities, jobs that will produce the needed tax revenues, due to the money multiplier effect. There are a host of new financing options that eliminate the upfront costs of high-return energy efficiency invests. These ideas need to go global...

Broadcasting is always motivating the private-sector to spend and invest; why not do it in ways that will create economic activity with the requisite multiplicity of multifaceted beneficial effects. I just now, (noon hour of 01/09/12), watched a public TV program with Charlie Rose interviewing Jeremy Rifkin (Video) about his new book "The third Industrial Revolution," this is precisely what I've been talking about, (however, I see the main-stream global broadcast media as being the key while being merged with the Internet...) The Third Industrial Revolution, by Jeremy Rifkin. I know what's in his book without reading it, it is inline with my idea visions of the our new high utility value communication based global economies with everyone & every sector working cooperatively together in synergistic relationships toward achieving our mutual goals.

Everyone seems to be putting all their economic eggs solely in the Internet basket, I firmly believe that the mainstream and all of conventional media with their unlimited global reach to billions of people need to step-up & shoulder their responsibility & work with the lateral structured Internet communications capabilities to help jump-start this new Third Industrial "Energy Sector" Economic Revolution.

What is the Potential VALUE of Finding and Disseminating Globally, IDEAS that Solve Major Global Problems?

Only by locating and implementing the right ideas will we reboot the global economy & simultaneously do a host of other critically important things.

The question is, how do we find these ideas and disseminate them globally through the existing conventional Mass Communications system.

We must establish news media that search the Internet and every possible source for these exceptional ideas with fantastic global potential to solve major global problems.

Well, how does the news of the winner of the pro-football Super Bowl get disseminated globally? A couple major global news dissemination sources are the AP, and UPI, if they can cover sports they can cover ideas that have the potential to revive the global economy and simultaneously solve other related major costly global problems; some of which are listed elsewhere on this page.

There are unlimited ways to get the idea alerts on every broadcast station and network using Public Service Announcements (PSA’s). There are many media entities that can act as hubs, NPR, PBS, MSNBC, Free Speech TV, link TV, CNN, university channels and networks, the broadcast networks, and so forth.

A Proper Sequence Toward Global and National Economic and Jobs Recovery

The governmental public sector will not have adequate available capital resources to launch a major infrastructure and energy sector initiative until those with money in the private sector are motivated to spend & invest wisely thereby generating the requisite tax revenue.

No American President or government can do much within the existing financial & economic conditions; therefore, in America we have to begin effectively using private sector resources including all MCM to motivate the needed actions.

Our global mass communication media (MCM) will benefit greatly by demonstrating the massive wealth creating benefits back to those with money who rightly spend, invest and lend it.

At present, probably less than 1% of radio & television programming content is applicable to motivating those with money to invest in Home and/or business Energy Audits, Energy Efficiency, Energy Conservation & Renewable energy sources.

Without this proactive programming and print media content, those sectors stand to lose a fortune, when they could have helped generate a trillions of dollars of wealth both in America and globally.

I assure you that when my economic recovery plan is implemented in the proper sequence, it will enhance the stock market, reduce budget deficits, increase per capita tax revenues, and rebuild the Demand-Side of economies.

At the outset of WW2, the entire nation including all mass communication media united to transform America from a peace economy to a war economy, had that not happened we would have lost the war.

Now, our battle is to get our economy and the global economy back on its feet, Will you unite with this workable strategic effort or, allow what could result in trillions of dollars of loss?

The communication resources that have the capacity to solve America’s and our world’s economic problems by producing usable empowering content are not, at all, being effectively utilized.

Broadcasters can and will reap huge economic rewards if they ACT in effective ways; however, if you don't help spread the word we could easily lose Trillions of dollars & our fundamental opportunity to reboot the economy & create millions of good jobs.

The time to act is now, before we needlessly lose more trillions of dollars down a bottomless pit. 
The trillions of critically important private sector money in the stock market & elsewhere could be lost in a matter of days due to needless uncertainty.

In the Public Interest and the Common Wealth of America & all other countries

We need and must have Trillion-dollar solution oriented ideas that propel America’s & the global economies sustain-ably forward.

The government is only one part of the full equation that is required to begin to move investment monies & the economy and jobs forward.

The 2.5 Trillion-dollar investment money in the private sector represents the paramount key, along with other private sector resources to fuel the new energy sector industry that will revive the economy and employment with good paying jobs.

Everyone has to be on the same page and that becomes a responsibility of the mainstream mass communication media in America and worldwide.

In other words, Mass Communication Media is our most valuable and important worldwide resource toward motivating both private & public sector policy decisions toward reviving a dead in the water economy.

Broadcasting and all mass communication media my not want to shoulder those responsibilities, however, to achieve success it is the reality.

Our major problem toward making the new energy sector work is the lack of trained and certified human skill resources’, therefore there must be an all-out effort toward motivating and training an energy conservation workforce.

When energy Senate Bill, Homestar and Goldstar becomes law, there will need to be thousands of certified Energy Auditors trained, by more than just the Building Performance Institute (BPI). BPI dominates the certification, training & receives high cost renewals, that will not work!

Both the public and private broadcasting sectors will need to motivate and educate the public concerning the required new wave of energy conservation job-skills.

Energy conservation Vo-Tech education will need to be a high-school curriculum requirement. This will produce an energy conservation high-school graduation Jobs skilled workforce. The energy conservation initiative will not work without a trade skilled workforce.

All H-VAC technicians must be retrained to do whole house energy auditing remedial options, toward HVAC equipment downsizing practices.

The president and congress cannot revive the economy without the total cooperation of the entire private sector including the Mass Communication Media.

At this time there is not the unanimity and cooperation of direction of the public sectors with the private sectors to initiate an economic recovery.

The most important National Security and Defense policy path direction toward the achievement of worldwide peace and prosperity involves the worldwide development and full utilization of energy conservation efficiency initiatives, along with renewable energy. These industries represent a sleeping economic development giant and are the forefront of the New Economy! Renewable energy resources represent a sleeping giant with unlimited potential to transform economies and our living communities on a worldwide basis back to sustainable quality of life environments.

There is no other technology arena that has the potential to do more to produce optimal levels of sustainable prosperity and to improve the quality of life for every world citizen than does the fullest development of nonpolluting renewable energy industry resources. We will be enabled on a worldwide basis by utilizing renewable energy technologies to increase the production of energy without producing toxic pollution. This will be coupled with utilizing all possible forms of recycling, with the use of renewable energy resources, that can reduce the unnecessary using up of our scarce—precious resources.

This is, along with Global Economic Policy Reforms, the most important public policy initiative of the new millennium because it has the potential to make every country, every industry, every family and every individual capable of producing all of their own energy needs. This is why we need investment capital and targeted policy initiative incentive based tax cuts to launch this new revolutionary industry, rather than across the board tax cuts that primarily benefit the wealthy class interest.

Yes, each individual, family, farm, and each industry can be totally self sufficient by generating their own nonpolluting energy resources. The potential for economic expansion nationally and globally is mind boggling and solves the most fundamental quality of life issues facing the global community in this new millennium.

The conservation of energy is also a potential savior of our economy & jobs, along with its pollution abatement benefit.

Broadcasting and all Mass Media have the People Empowerment Resource Capabilities to do, - what an American President & Congress can never do alone! 

Without their help & the coordinated action of local government working with the private sector, - economic & Jobs creation recovery won't happen.

In America & globally we could be in the most precarious economic situation in our history.
America's 2011 Precarious Economic Situation

I will not go into all the obvious details of how our public & private sector has us in this gigantic debt ridden economic situation.

 America’s giant deficits & national debt has put the dollar as the global Reserve Currency in jeopardy. If the dollar loses this Reserve Currency Status its value will drop & everything we buy will require a lot more dollars. The dollar is no longer backed by gold; it is backed by a government currency printing press.

I will not go into how bad that could get, but rather will explain how every sector & segment of our country must work together to reboot our economy & jobs which will increase the needed tax revenues.

WW2 was the classic example of the united cooperation that has to take place.
America was not yet out of the horrible economic depression of the 1930s when every sector of our country had to mobilize to fight effectively a world war. 

Every sector of the media cooperated, government war bonds were sold to the public, and nearly everything was rationed. Women were trained to work in factories manufacturing tanks, ships, and airplanes.

There was NO uncooperative division; everyone did their part so our military would have a chance to be victorious against the ruthless aggressors.

We are in a similar serious situation now, which will require the same cooperative effort to reboot the economy, jobs, & to generate the needed tax revenues.

  All broadcasters need to work cooperatively together with all of us to reboot the economy, or other countries will lose confidence in America’s economy and might begin a downfall of our economy that we could be helpless to stop.

 Our Economic Future & Homeland Security is at Stake; everyone needs to do their part to save America's economic future.

P.S., I just now, (noon hour of 01/09/12), watched a public TV program with Charlie Rose interviewing Jeremy Rifkin (Audio)about his new book "The third Industrial Revolution," this is precisely what I've been talking about, however, I see the main-stream global broadcast media as being the key while being merged with the Internet... The Third Industrial Revolution, by Jeremy Rifkin. I too need to read his book that, is inline with my idea visions of the workable paths of our new high utility value communication based global economies with everyone & every sector working cooperatively together...Why didn't I find him sooner? He has to be a guest on WPR & WPT. We need that kind of high utility value programming content...
