could be destroyed or live in an environment of literal hell on earth.
Knowledge

information is totally apart
from WISDOM, knowledge
can and
often is used in
extremely unwise destructive and selfdefeating ways. There are Trillions
of
dollars difference
between "effectively
communicated - universal moral
principled Wisdom
directed policies & practices, compared to unwise
immoral principled policies."
It is critically
important to the ultimate
destiny of humanity that Wisdom be taught as a major curriculum from
elementary school on, because it
provides the
skill tools & competencies to accurately discern or differentiate
between the varying
gradient
levels of good & evil and the creative beneficial use
of all knowledge & mental capacities.
Without
the guidance of the Universal Moral Principles incorporated in Wisdom's
directives & proficiencies,
the
tremendous increases in information
& knowledge in all fields including science & (war) technology
advances, could
destroy, rather
than improve, the
future for most of humanity.

This
concerns the irrational false perceptions that are being created by
the rhetoric of broadcast media pundit's (Morning Joe & Hardball)
False
perceptions, primarily created by the broadcast media pundits, become
the reality, i.e., those false and irrational perceptions create false
irrational realities.
Broadcast
media pundits can focus the electorate's attention on irrational
hypotheses and flawed frames of reference, which leads them to
irrational conclusions. Let us apply some sound reasoning to the
questions of which candidate would be best as commander-in-chief and
would be best to answer the 3 a.m. red phone ringing.
First,
let us
apply medical research analysis concerning the age factor in
loss of short-term memory, dementia, and Alzheimer's disease. The
medical evidence is clear as we approach 65 and into the 70s we begin
to suffer short-term memory loss and varying degrees of dementia and
many are susceptible to Alzheimer's disease in those age categories.
None
of the
three candidates for the office of president of United States and
commander-in-chief has any hands on experience in executive positions
where acute reasoning powers and the wisdom to make the right
decisions, becomes the paramount discernment skill talents toward
determining right from wrong.
Being
correct
in your Judgment and vision becomes the paramount quality on which to
judge a candidate for the presidency of the United States.
Senator
John
McCain and Senator Hillary Clinton have both empirically demonstrated
they do not have the correct judgment or the proper vision to be
President of the United States and commander-in-chief - answering the
red phone calls at 3 a.m. Senator Barack Obama has the wisdom &
discernment to be president.
Trillions
of
dollars & millions of lives can be lost when commander-in chiefs’
do not possess these requisite, judgment based, reasoning powers.

Understanding the Proper Resources to Use to Resolve the
War and
Terrorism
Problems of Our World
The first important
principle to
establish is that you cannot resolve the problem of injustice, hatred
& terrorism
with the supreme deadly terrorism of military weapons of mass
destruction that multiplies
exponentially the real perception of unconscionable INJUSTICE,
which fuels
extreme hatred toward the perpetrator of the INJUSTICE.
Therefore, the
first objective is
to eliminate the core causes of the hatred in order to reduce the
hatred levels
toward the elimination of terrorism acts. Let us
look at
the
canons incorporated in these free Universal Moral Principles, of which
JUSTICE
is a
core part, all of which must be followed to achieve our peacemaking
objectives.
A
Canon is an
established or
basic rule, principle, or standard with which to judge by; or a
universal
criterion. We have established canon criterion's for nearly every field
of
endeavor. We have canons for journalists and we ought to have canons
for all
forms of communication so that they adhere to the integrity of truth as
well as
to the moral principles that apply to all of our conduct within all
human
relationships. THE
DEFINING DIFFERENCES BETWEEN CANDIDATES
Trillions-Dollars
Justice
is the
foundation cannon
that must be applied to all human relationships, worldwide. We cannot
have
variant standards for different classes of human beings. Therefore, the
Right
to Life, Pro-Life, and the Sanctity of Life apply to all human beings
whether
they reside in Iraq,
Iran, Pakistan,
and Afghanistan
or any other country. A right to life and pro-life does not apply
simply to
fetuses in America;
it applies to them as well as to & for all living human beings
worldwide.
"Equity
of
opportunity for
all human beings worldwide" is a moral cannon that will produce
constructive values far beyond anyone's expectations.
Additionally,
secrecy in
government and the needless security classification of far too many
documents
violates the need in a democratic representative republic for
transparency toward a government
of, by,
and for the people.
America's
president and
commander
in chief must have the wisdom to discern between right and wrong, good
and
evil, in all the decision-making and policy making that are the
responsibility
of the president and the executive branch. Senator Hillary Clinton and
Senator
John McCain have both demonstrated that they did not have the required
discernment to distinguish between right and wrong and a choice between
moral
and immoral military actions. Therefore, they have eliminated
themselves from
the position of the presidency and that of commander-in-chief.
The
most qualified
candidate
running for the presidency of the United States is by far
Senator
Barack Obama. The difference between Senator Barack Obama and the other
candidates running for the presidency of the United States can easily be
trillions of dollars saved, and trillions of extra dollars produced,
due to the
stern application of the universal moral principles that lead to peace
and
mutual prosperity on a worldwide basis.
There are very few
instances when
the weapons of mass destruction and war can be used in ways that will
not be
self-destructive, self-defeating and result in the opposite
objectives that
we want to achieve. The free resources that I recommend be used,
promote and
produce mutually beneficial human relationships and help us achieve our

Peace and Non-violence
is a proposed cabinet-level department of the executive branch of the
U.S. government. The original idea of a Peace Department in the United
States dates back to the administration of George Washington, but has
been most recently reinitiated by Rep. Dennis Kucinich beginning in

formed a part of Kucinich's presidential campaign platform in 2004. A
bill for this purpose, HR 3760, was previously introduced in the House

Post WW 2, we should have had an effective "Department of
Peace."
As an illustration, I am going to provide an overview of foreign policy
since World War II, and how effective
communications could have changed
the course of history, the quality of life and living and the
ultimate
destiny of humanity. (The
Korean, Vietnam and Iraq wars are but three examples of a needless,
massive loss of precious human lives!)
It has now
been
thoroughly documented that soon after WW 2, Nikita
Krushchev, Premier of the Soviet Union, feared that United
States was going to attack them. That
unfounded fear resulted from the fact that there was inadequate
effective communications taking place between the two countries.
Had
our country's leaders' made it clear to the Soviet Union
that we would never attack them and that we would work together with
them to improve the quality of life and the standard of living
throughout our world, there would have been NO Cold War or armaments
race.
When
communicating with a perceived enemy, it is
essential to exhibit authentic love, coupled with justice in every
dimension of your behavior toward them. Authentic Love is the most
constructive resource force toward overcoming
the worst possible concealed or revealed enmity. The creative and
constructive Spiritual Resource Forces of Love & Justice can
accomplish a Peace & mutual prosperity that the use of the
killing tools of violent force can only destroy.
That
kind
of agreement, which could have been done with the application
of effective communications, that would have eliminated the Korean and
Vietnam Wars along with all of the scare and propaganda about the
Soviet Union attacking us with nuclear weapons. Effective
communications "are just as important in the policymaking process,"
whereby a thorough input of all views are considered in the
decisionmaking process.
A proper
conciliatory communicative process is essential toward making
mutually beneficial foreign and domestic policymaking decisions. All
effective communicator's should use a vocabulary that is conciliatory
and transmits toward the receptor audience the concise and precise
intended meaning. If you are in a position to be a mass communicator,
as all elected leaders are, then I would like to provide you with a few
tips, which may exponentially increase the value of your communications.
Use a
word
vocabulary that is never negative or condescending, but is
always positive and uplifting and projects or corporate event at two
toward the receptor target audience of your communications. You might
ask, how does that otherwise apply to all of the diplomacy since World
War II, including the statements made by President Bush after 9-11.
The real
enemy toward achieving peaceful cooperative relationships is
usually fear and/or hatred, normally fueled by a perceived or real
injustice or threat. When the most powerful nation in the world with
unlimited weapons of mass destruction, uses threatening rhetoric and
fails to communicate with the leaders of those countries in ways that
are conciliatory, horrendous costly and deadly consequences will
follow. Therefore, what is the value of your mass communications? In
addition, how can we improve it and thereby change the course of
history and the destiny of humanity?
I am
speaking to everyone in the world that has, or has the potential
to communicate in any form in the arena of mass media, because I want
you to understand your
responsibility to the lives of everyone living now and in the future on
planet Earth. Your mass communication productions have the potential to
save trillions and/or produce trillions of dollars and change the
quality of life and standard of living for 6.5 billion human beings on
planet Earth, and for all those who follow in the millenniums to come.

The
real
political issues concerning the people's governing sovereignty
in global economic & political policymaking is seldom raised or
adequately covered by the major broadcast media. However, these
economic policymaking and citizen sovereignty issues are having a
tremendous impact on the entire global citizenry. Global investment,
finance, and economic policy making have a tremendous influence our
economic life chances, and these issues are front and center issues in
at least one of the leading presidential candidates.
Therefore,
the
right kind of comprehensive coverage of the global
economic policy making initiative processes of the corporate/government
political policy making marriage is critical to the future peace and
stability of all nations' worldwide. Economic strife lends itself to
revolutions and wars, which are an imminent threat to the National
Security of many countries.

revolutions being generated by the Asian economic crises.
The economic crises in Japan and Russia have a negative impact on the
global economy. There can be no democracy without sovereign democratic
access for the major economic classifications to mainstream broadcast
media by their spokespersons! Mass communications is the resource that
makes possible the functioning of a representative republic; you cannot
have one without the other; liberty without a balance of justice leads
to tyranny.
The
Critical
Importance and Value of the Right Kind of Effective Mass Media
Empowerment Communications
Whether
you are a leader of a country or a mass media communicator, your
communications have the potential to change the course of history and
the destiny of humanity. By changing
a single
Executive Branch decision you could save Trillions of
destructive dollar loss, and countless loss of life, health
and wellbeing for billions of precious human beings worldwide. (I.E.,
Korea, Vietnam & IRAQ.)
The
major
corporate controlled economic policy initiators are: the
World Trade Organization (WTO) the North American Free Trade Agreement
(NAFTA); the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT); the
Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC); the Organization for Economic
Cooperation and Development (OECD); the Multilateral Agreement on
Investments (MAI); and the Right to Know Nothing laws, to name a few.
Come on media get on the stick and do a proper and righteous job
otherwise, you will be more of a liability than a valuable asset!
The
problem is
that we are not being comprehensively informed on the
policymaking issue decisions that will determine every country's
sovereign governing rights and the economic opportunities of our world
citizenry
in this millennium. Catastrophic economic consequences for the common
citizenry are being incorporated in these corporate controlled &
instigated agreement treaties. These agreements advance corporate
interests while marginalizing the interests and sovereignty of
countries.
What I mean by
Inadequate Global Economic Policy Coverage that
Threatens our National Security
One of
the
most important things that the media can do is to cover
political affairs on parity with sports reporting. Oh yes they can, and
they can make it every bit as interesting. We also need graphic
on-going exposé journalism in documentaries and in all forms of
reality based, insightful and fully comprehensive—informative
reporting.
The
press
simply refuses to fully expose and dramatize—many
policy-making realities. The common interdependent economic interests'
of the employee, the small businesses, and the family farm economic
units must be a substantive equity source of the on-going news and
information—contributing sources in our news media! They need to have
substantive equity of representation on all talk format media programs!
Only then, will we have a democratic representation of the major
economic interest sector voices in our mainstream media.
We also need
to establish awards for good journalism as well as
exposing the worst reporting. We need to have effective watchdogs in
every community that communicate with reporters and document their work.
The
Economic Living Sustenance of Billions of Human Beings Reside
within these Global Economic Policy Making Issues
Nothing
is
more important to 5.8 billion human beings than an adequate
opportunity to earn a livelihood. Large portions of that number have
scant little opportunity to earn a decent standard of living. We must
create a capitalist economic system with mutual win-win policies and
practices that will remedy the existing win-lose zero—sum economic
policy relationship equations.
The
first
essential is to understand the gigantic economic production
cost differentials that exist between countries, and especially between
First and Third World countries. There are several types of
differentials; there are the long term and rather static structural
differentials that cannot be easily changed or manipulated. Then, there
are the economic policy making differentials of a more dynamic nature
that represent the more easily manipulated economic policies of
interest rates, monetary valuations, and other regulatory types.
Additionally,
there are many controlling factors and factions of a
global nature, such as the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund
(IMF), and a multiplicity of other financial and political
organizations that are skewing the policy making process. Many of these
lending and insuring institutions' control access to capital, and
protect borrowers by attaching various conditions to access privileges.
Through these controlling mechanisms, global institutions become the
controllers of the economic policies of countries, which results in the
loss of governing sovereignty by the people. We must fashion a model of
capitalism and economic policies that will remedy these existing
shortcomings and that will block these new one-sided corporate country
agreements.
The
corporations with the help of the International Development
Association (IDA), the International Bank for Reconstruction and
Development (IBRD), the World Bank's lending policies along with the
policies of the International Monetary Fund (IMF), and other global
financial institutions have the power to deny countries their needed
loans. In addition, they could call existing loans and thus have the
power to force agreements on countries while bypassing citizenry
involvement. That means no available loans, no investment moneys and
therefore no economy!
However, the
corporate media see no reason to cover these issues. The
Corporate interest does not realize that they will also be enabled to
prosper in on-going sustainable ways that will eliminate the problem of
lack of equity of economic opportunity for all. When all sectors of an
economy prosper together in a win-win economic relationship equation in
compliance with ecological systems, we lift the quality of life to
optimal levels for everyone. This is the way to unimagined levels of
genuine peace and prosperity within each country on a worldwide basis.
The
Sovereign Economic Governing Rights of Countries are being Crushed
— Worldwide
This
has to be
the most important double-barreled global political
policy making issue of our time; yet there is no on- going mainstream
media coverage or citizenry involved public media debate. If we are
going to have, "citizenry involved participatory governments: of, by,
and for, the people, "then we must have an adequately informed global
citizenry.
All
citizens
of all major politico-economic interest levels must be
fully informed on the issues that most affect their lives.
Constitutional rights arise pertaining to a reasonable equity of access
opportunity to the public owned broadcast frequencies in connection
with public policy and political interest advocacy!
At
present,
there is no way provided for opposing viewpoints in
mainstream broadcasting on these most important political public policy
making issues of our time. This represents a government regulatory,
discriminatory suppression of constitutionally protected political
class interest rights, to use public owned broadcast frequencies with
equity of treatment in the process of self-government.
Compounding
these gross infringements is the new power of global
corporations to bypass elected representative governments with their
self-interest economic policy agreements that affect the economic and
political life chances of our entire six billion, world citizenry.
"When
Corporations Rule the World"
Be
sure to
visit, People Centered Development Forums, click on,
"Rights of Money versus Rights of People," and see if you agree with
David C. Korten's perspective. I must say his book, "When Corporations
Rule the World," is a necessary read. We the people are misinformed and
uninformed. This situation will get a lot worse as the see no evil,
hear no evil, speak no evil, corporate laws are passed.
Right
to Know Nothing
Take
a good
look at the new corporate audit privilege bills in
congress: Audit Privilege Laws or Corporate Dirty Secrets Laws, or
Right to Know Nothing Laws. Even the press will not be able to expose
the law violators! This is unbelievable legislation.
Add
the
Multilateral Agreement on Investments and all the other global
trade and corporate initiated investment agreements and you have a
sovereign global dictatorship. This is a see no evil, hear no evil,
speak no evil mantra, that cannot be touched by any country.
Corporations
will truly rule the world with these agreements that our
press is allowing them to initiate and pass, largely because - the
global citizenry is not being adequately informed.
In
Conclusion:
No
Sovereign Broadcast Media Access - No Participatory Democracy
We
are only
receiving the corporate perspective, and a misinformed
citizenry is rendered powerless to govern in their best interests. What
you do not know can hurt you big time! An informed citizenry is
contingent on a mass media that not only informs, but also graphically
illustrates and explains how these issues are going to affect all of
us, and our posterity. We must work to reduce corporate public affairs
censorship.
YOUR
CHOICE - WIN-LOSE OR WIN-WIN ECONOMIC SYSTEMS AND POLICIES
"We
must trade
in this Zero-Sum, corporate controlled win/lose
equation, for a Mutual Win/Win economic policy making relationship
equation. An equation in which, all the major economic classes around
the World can be transformed from within, from being losers to being
winners. "Our human population is projected to double in a mere fifty
years; five short decades, and each and every human being must have an
adequate opportunity to earn a decent living.
There
are some
37,000 multinational corporations, and between them,
they represent four fifths of all world trade and most of the foreign
investments. These global operating corporations represent 2/3rds of
the world's economy. The only competition has been between them to beat
each other to the lowest production cost countries. The homeland
industries of most developed countries are rendered as non competitors
in this skewed economic policy relationship equation.
New
Millennium - Corporate Ruled or Citizen Governed
When
corporations get all of their various economic agreements passed
it will be too late for the press and for all of us to do anything to
change the pandemic human disasters that will accrue. The corporate
owned favorably skewed skim scam press reporting has marginalized
nearly all opportunity for people to understand the horrendous
consequences of Fast Tracking the present very unfair investment,
finance, and trade agreements.

Why
is there
no comprehensive coverage of these issues by the

Acquiring
Wisdom - Applying Wisdom Principles
to ALL Foreign and Domestic Policymaking
The
most
important resource that most leaders throughout the world lack is the
application of wisdom based principled truth realities to all their
policy decisionmaking. What happened to the thorough inspection process
and a conciliatory diplomacy prior
to the deadly "Shock & Awe" mass destruction of Baghdad and
indiscriminate human deaths? All I heard was GWB's & V.P. Cheney's
cry for a military
invasion without any credible proofs of any possible authentic imminent
threat to
America.
There were NO threats to America
or to Iraq's neighbors. Congress
should have demanded full transparency concerning what the "Shock &
Awe Invasion of a non threatening independent sovereign country" would
do to that country & its citizens. That disclosure would have
revealed a picture of horrible human carnage! We already had full
control over Iraq's' airspace & U.N. Inspectors searching for any
WMD, none had been found, & the search could have continued; i.e.,
"NO imminent threats," the Bush fictional dramatization of imagined
threats was the perpetrating of an impeachable fraud on the U.S.
Congress and on the
world, for which he & Cheney should have articles of impeachment
brought against them!
The case to go to invade Iraq should have been
submitted

wisdom of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ have to say
concerning these most critical Asian Middle East issues of injustice
& hatred that are facing the
world today? Go to the
concordance of the New Testament, and look up all of the chapters and
verses where Jesus speaks to righteousness & justice in all
relationships. How would Jesus deal with Hatred
&
the Injustice
that fuels it?
Righteousness and
justice are the foundation of thy throne;
steadfast love
and faithfulness go before thee.
Hatred fueled by perceived &
real injustice represent the twin
enemies that we are in a battle against in the Middle East. Military
force is NOT a righteous or just tool to conquer hatred &
injustice.
God's Word works according to
universal law. Universal law
does not
work for the
sake of selfishness or greed, it works for the public good of everyone.
Universal law
embodies
the spirit of
sacrifice and service towards others.
What
are His
commandments concerning overcoming hatred? What are the
root origins of hatred? All human beings hate for a reason, either
perceived or real. Effectively communicating with them to locate the
perceived or real cause of their hatred is critical to eliminating it.
It
is vital to
take a total comprehensive overview in the process of
all policymaking. The discipline of wisdom is the most important
ingredient in all policymaking.
We must begin
to understand the importance of the power of wisdom and
solving problems and improving the quality of our life in the standard
of living. The most precious and valuable resource of our various
Nations' leaders
can have is wisdom. Yet we do not teach the value of acquiring wisdom
to be used in all of our decisionmaking,
in our educational institutions. Nor is the application of wisdom
considered in our policymaking decisions.
There is a term known as fideism [fideist; fideistic]; the dictionary
meaning is: the view that everything that can be known with certainty
about God or divine things is known only by or primarily by faith and
never by reason alone. I do not agree because when those eternal and
universal truths are followed and acted on the empirical results verify
the documented basis for acting upon those truths based on common sense

works to reduce inequities and improve lives around the world." A quote
of the paramount statement of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.
I am in total agreement with their statement, their purposes and goals.
The RIGHT KIND of the
worldwide distribution of mass media productions has the real potential
to save trillions of dollars and also to produce trillions of dollars for
use toward the equitable benefit of all
human beings. These mass media productions could & should include
with equity all valid sources of wisdom, without bias.
Consider what many countries of
our world could do to reduce the
consequences of the common enemies of all human life if we were to
reduce or eliminate the many trillions of dollars wasted on killing and
destroying human lives. The consequences of real & perceived
injustice fuels insane hatred, the hatred then begins feeding on its
generated consequences which exponentially multiplies millions more
hate driven insane selfdefeating actions.
Post-World
War
II, the lack of wisdom in our foreign policymaking has
cost us many trillions of dollars that were poured down the drain in
counterproductive military endeavors. Additionally, the invasion of
Iraq is costing us somewhere around half a trillion dollars a year in
military costs, not including the costs that will accrue in many arenas
in years to come.
Had
the
resource of wisdom been properly applied to those policymaking
decisions, that ill-spent money could have been invested in renewable
energy resource technologies, and in other arenas that would have
exponentially multiplied mutual abundant wealth.
Being
ProLife
and a Right to Life as I am, represents far more
than America's
abortion issue. It means NOT
using, (on Iraq & other countries), hundreds of Tons of Mass Destruction munitions loaded with depleted uranium
with a killing life of 4.5 Billion years, - that causes illness &
unimaginable fetus birth deformities!
It means being for national health
insurance, it means
being for equity of economic opportunity to reduce the number of poor
in the world. It means protecting our planet's environment & much
more.
It
means using
the principles of wisdom in our decisionmaking to preserve and foster
life and longevity versus using the tools, ways and means of the devil,
whereby we use weapons of mass destruction to destroy life and even the
sources of life. Do not be deceived by the shallow wedge issues of the
political right & left.
The destiny of
all of humanity hinges on the
outcome of these seminal
policy making decisions that will directly affect the lives of billions
of human beings worldwide.

What would have happened if every Christian: Bishop, Priest, and every
Minister of every church had quoted New Testament Scripture which
literally said NO to an invasion of Iraq?
What would have happened, as it should have happened, is that nearly
all the professed christians would had followed those leaders and also
acted with courage to prevent the invasion and devastation of Iraq and
its people.
What would have happened if all elected professed christians in the
Executive Branch & Congressional Branch had stood up with courage
against the uncalled-for attack on Iraq? Remember we had Iraq very well
contained with inspectors and satellite technologies observing every
foot of their country - Iraq was NO imminent threat to us or their
neighbors!
Added to that, we were deceived, however NOT to the extent that any of
us could not have waited for the truth and realities to emerge!
Additionally, even imminent threats could have been quelled more
effectively with the tools, ways, and means cited in Holy Scriptures.
What we act on, whether it is false blind faith in our weapons of mass
destruction or the creative & constructive tools based on eternal
truth & justice, will determine the destiny of you & me &
6.5 billion other human beings, all our descendants.
Would there have been a
thorough debate of all the possible negative aspects of an invasion
& many workable & better options presented and adopted?
